IT'S TIME TO STOP THINKING SMALL AND LEVEL YOUR LIFE THE FCK UP! (Canva Banner).png

it's time to stop putting yourself second. Your children are part of your story, not the whole story. you are STILL the main character! You ready?

Welcome Beautiful soul!

Let me ask you a question...

When was the last time you stopped and asked yourself what YOU actually want?

Not what your children need.

Not what your partner wants.

Not what's best for your family.

Not what your boss expects.

Not what society expects you to want.

Not what everyone else needs from you.

You.

Because somewhere between becoming a mum/mom/mama, and becoming everything to everyone else, many women lose sight of who they are.

But that's also not the whole story...

Underneath the school runs, responsibilities, mental load, and endless to-do lists, play dates and park visits (for the 100th time) there's often something else.

A quiet voice. A longing deep down. A feeling that there's more available to you than this. It's not because your life is terrible. It's not because you're ungrateful.

But because you're not just a mum, you are still a woman with dreams, desires, ambitions and a life of your own to create.

Have you ever caught yourself wondering:

Is this it? What happened to me? I know there's more. Why do I feel guilty for wanting more?

Or perhaps you know exactly what you want, but you've been trying to ignore it, push it to the back of your mind, or think of all the reasons why you couldn't possibly entertain the idea! Or maybe you've spent so long putting everyone else first that you don't even know where to begin.

You love your children.

You love your family.

You may even love many parts of the life you've built.

This isn't about walking away from your life.

Your children are part of your story now. But they're not the whole story. You are STILL the main character.

And yet there's a part of you that knows you're meant for more than simply surviving the days and hoping things will somehow change.

I know because I've been there too. Life felt good, until just after my son was born nearly 7 years ago. Suddenly, it didn't feel enough anymore.

Not because I didn't love my son or my family. But having him jolted me into a realisation.

For years, I believed that if I just kept going, worked harder, stayed grateful and focused on everyone else, eventually I'd feel fulfilled.

But fulfilment doesn't come from abandoning yourself.

It comes from reconnecting with who you are, what you want, and having the courage to build a life that reflects it. This isn't about choosing between being a mother and being yourself. It's about remembering that you get to be both. You can create a life that feels rich not just in love, family and connection, but in purpose, freedom, joy, growth and possibility too. 🤍

That's where my work comes in.

Using a combination of psychology, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), hypnotherapy, mindset, manifestation and practical tools, I help mothers reconnect with themselves, raise their standards, trust their desires and deliberately create lives they genuinely love.

Not by becoming someone new.

Not by abandoning the life you've built.

But by remembering who you've always been.

The woman underneath the expectations, responsibilities and pressure to be everything for everyone else.

Integrating what you truly want into the life you've already created and using the incredible power, resourcefulness and resilience you have as a mother to build it.

Motherhood should be part of your identity. Not the end of it.

You are allowed to want more.

You are allowed to have dreams that belong to you.

You are allowed to create a life that excites you.

And it's about damn time you said yes to yourself.

Here's to remembering who TF you are and creating a life you're absolutely obsessed with.
